Consultant Ranking
Agents have a rank. A higher rank lets an agent earn commission from more levels of their downline (see Relationship Agent Ranking Distribution on the Commission page). This page shows the ranks and what is needed to reach each one. It is for reference only; nothing can be changed here.
To open it: in the left menu, click Setting > Consultant Ranking. The page heading is Consultant Rank List.

An agent needs both the personal commission and the downline requirement to reach a rank.

How ranks change
- The system checks every few minutes. When an agent meets a higher rank's requirements, they move up. They can move up more than one rank at a time.
- Every new agent starts as Client Associate.
- Ranks never go down.
- Commissions that are already worked out keep the rank the agent had at that time.
You can see your own rank and your progress to the next one on the Referral Overview.
