Direct Referral

The Direct Referral page lists every friend you have invited. You can also invite a new friend here.

To open it: in the left menu, click Referral > Direct Referral. You can also click View referrals on the Dashboard.

1. Search

Click the search icon (🔍), then type a name or phone number.

Opens the invite form. See Invite a new friend below.

Column	What it shows
Customer Name	Your friend's name
Phone Number	Your friend's phone number
Invitation Code	Your friend's invitation link (see 4)
Registration Date	The date your friend was added to this list
Status	Whether your friend has registered (see 5)

Click a column heading to sort the list.

While a friend has not registered yet, this column shows their invitation code, for example J7NGTYB8SY.

Click the copy icon next to it to copy the invitation link, then send the link to your friend.
Click the code itself to open the registration page your friend will see. See Create your account with an invitation link.

After your friend registers, it shows -.

Shows how many friends are in the list. Use Results per page and the page buttons to move through a long list.

Back: returns to the Direct Referral list.
Name: enter your friend's name.
Contact No.: enter your friend's phone number. The country code is +60 (Malaysia).
Submit: creates the invitation.
Cancel: closes the form without saving.

After you click Submit:

You return to the Direct Referral list. Your friend appears with the status Pending.
Copy your friend's invitation link from the Invitation Code column and send it to them.
When your friend registers with the link, the status changes to Registered. Your friend then also counts in your Direct Referrals.

If you see Phone number already exists, that phone number is already in the system and can't be invited again.
